Ashway Bears' designer is Jane Ames who lives in Brixworth, Northamptonshire. She has been making bears for family and friends for over 10 years. In 2003 she started Ashway Bears making her bears available to collectors for the first time.

All the bears are designed by Jane, each bears comes in an edition limited to no more than 25, but because they are all hand crafted, no two are completely identical. She is also happy to undertake commissions. Just contact us.

Traditional materials and methods are used in the making of the bears and therefore they are only suitable for collectors and are not sold as toys.

All the bears are made in real mohair produced in Germany by Schulte.
